Since the inception of the TDA Alliance, the goal has been to work in partnership with our county-wide tourism stakeholders to increase growth. What happened is we learned that while many people asked for and needed our services, they could not leave their businesses to come to regular Alliance meetings.

To meet the needs of our stakeholders, several things were created. Among them was the position of Internal Customer Services Manager – a person who can bring the Alliance and all the TDA services to the doorsteps of our stakeholders. What also evolved is the concept of an annual day-long convention offering education, information, and networking opportunities to all stakeholders. Look for more information on that, soon.
